Support built around your routine, not a checklist.
Every Reliable One service is non-medical and focused on helping you remain independent, safe, and connected at home — whether that's a house, an apartment, or an assisted or independent living community. Availability depends on program authorization, private-pay arrangement, staffing, and location.
Everyday help, delivered with dignity.
Personal assistance supports the routines that make independence possible. Our approach centers your preferences, pace, and privacy.

Time away, without worry.
Respite provides temporary, in-home support so an unpaid or family caregiver can step away — for an errand, a full day, or simply to rest. It supports both the individual and the caregiver, and it keeps routines familiar and steady while family is away.
A comfortable, manageable home.
Depending on the authorized service or private-pay plan, this support may include:
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Organization related to daily living
- Assistance maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment
Reliable One provides light household support connected to daily living — not professional or heavy-duty cleaning services.

Less isolation, more connection.
For appropriate private-pay services, companionship support may include conversation, social engagement, activities at home, encouragement, help maintaining routines, and accompaniment where appropriate — all aimed at reducing isolation and keeping life full.
Staying connected to your community.
When permitted by the applicable service plan, community and errand support may include grocery shopping assistance, essential errands, accompaniment into the community, and support maintaining community connections. This is accompaniment and errand assistance — not a transportation service.
